Gazebo Rental: $300.00

• Wedding ceremony is subject to general public attendance due to location
• In case of inclement weather, protective sides are available. Ceremony may be rescheduled if time is available.

Gazebo Reception after Ceremony: $50.00

• This option must be requested at time of booking
• Two 8 ft. tables with white skirting are provided
• Wedding party may add limited decorations, and are responsible for set up and removal of items they bring.

• Gazebo Ceremony requires a minimum purchase of 2 adult tickets. Price includes meal, show and cruise; and ranges from $46 to $80 (+ tax) for individuals. Prices range from $41 to $57 (+ tax) for groups of 15 or more.
• Maximum number of cruise tickets available is 700 tickets, which includes seating in the Dining Room, Paddle Wheel Club Room and Captain's Row.

• Available prior to Noon, 4pm or 8pm cruises
• Accommodates 8 people, including minister
• 30 minute maximum time limit for entire event, including boarding and ceremony
• Sound System is not available with Pilot House Ceremonies.

Cruise Tickets:

• Pilot House Ceremony requires a minimum purchase of 2 adult tickets. Price includes meal, show and cruise; and ranges from $46 to $80 (+ tax) for individuals. Prices range from $41 to $57 (+ tax) for groups of 15 or more.

• The wedding party may add decorations, and are responsible for set up and removal of items they bring.
• Emergency Medical Technician will be on site during entire event.
• Sound System/Tech may be requested at the time booking.

Helpful Hints For Your Showboat Branson Belle Wedding

• Our captain is available upon request for pictures after your ceremony. Please let us know when you book your arrangements. Our captains do not perform ceremonies aboard the Showboat Branson Belle.
• Professional photos are available by Kodak (priced separately).
• Minister available upon request (priced separately).
• When scheduling a ceremony on the Showboat Branson Belle, please remember that we are on a time-sensitive schedule.
• We will continue with normal operations at our regularly scheduled times, and will not be able to hold the boat for late parties.
• Alcohol is permitted on the Showboat Branson Belle with contract approval.
• The Showboat Branson Belle/White River Landing is not responsible for accidents or injuries.
